There is NO Deposit required. Lets respect each others time and communicate if you cannot make your original appointment or will be late! IF there is no call and its fifteen minutes passed your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled.

Can I wash my braids?

Yes you can! the best way to clean your scalp and braids at home is in the shower. Gently apply the shampoo in a downward motion. NO SCRUBBING! just rub in the direction of the braids from the scalp down. Then rinse throughly. pat dry with a towel and let air dry. Oil Your Scalp!

Is hair included with the price?

Yes, all braid services include the hair, shampoo and end trim if needed.

How often should I get my ends trimmed?

It is recommended to get your ends trimmed every 8 weeks to maintain healthy hair and prevent split ends.

Do I bring my own hair?

All braided styles hair is provided. any crochet styles hair must be provided at time of appointment.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, we strongly recommend making an appointment to ensure availability. You can do so by calling us or booking online through our website.

What are your business hours?

We are open Tuesday through Sunday from 7:00am to 7:00pm. We are closed on Sundays.
